Winter Training Program
Winter Training Program: Core Training & Conditioning
Dedicated winter training is designed to prepare you for the upcoming season. Coaching and training is available 7 days a week from November to April. This program will include indoor and outdoor cycling, weight training, and other activities guaranteed to build your fitness and improve your cycling abilities.
1. Coaching 7 days a week
2. Training will be outdoors & indoors.
3. WIN Cycling Center at Crunch Fitness = Saturday & Sunday (depending on weather)
4. Weight training
5. Track training – teaching tactics, strategies, and techniques
6. Weekly training will be mostly outside including road,mountain bike, boot camp, running, etc.
7. We will also enjoy winter sports as well such as skiing, snowboard, cross country, etc. (Collingwood camps available)
8. ZWIFT and live video coaching/training included!
9. Weekend camps in Hockley Valley and/or Collingwood
